Manuscript Formatting Requirements

Cover Page

Your cover page should include your name/pen name, contact phone, contact email, city, word count, title of the work, genre, and category.

8.5 " x 11" Size

Your manuscript should be portrait oriented and "letter"sized or 8.5 inches by 11 inches. No other sizes will be accepted.

Your header should be right aligned and contain your last name, the title of the work, and the page number. For example: LAST NAME / TITLE OF WORK / 1. Every page should contain a header except for the title page.

Times New Roman Font

Times New Roman is the only acceptable font for the manuscript. Additional fonts will be considered during project formatting if your project is accepted.

1-Inch Margins

Please submit your work using 1 inch margins only. We do not accept works with smaller or larger margins.

PDF Format*

Please submit your excerpt in PDF format only. If your project is accepted, we will ask for a .doc or .docx file. Google Doc links are currently not accepted.

12-Point Font

Please submit using 12-point font unless submitting a children's book. 14 or 16-point font is acceptable in those cases.

Double Space

Please submit your work double spaced, as it accommodates the review and editing process.
